We ship through FedEx, UPS, and USPS. The shipping method used for your order is at our discretion. If you have a physical street address and a PO Box, please provide both for delivery. All items listed with the shipping policy, "Local Pick Up" are available to be shipped freight, but require the buyer to contact us with their zip for a shipping quote. Combined shipping is available for multiple items; please contact us for a shipping quote.
RETURNS: We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. Items with defects or damage from shipping, will be refunded in full after the item has been returned. Any returns that do not have defects or damage are subject to 20% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping. The item must remain in the same condition it was shipped in, or the return may not be accepted. Shipping and handling expenses are nonrefundable. Returns must be approved before a refund can be issued.
Electrical items are NON-RETURNABLE for 3 reasons.
#1 - Customers could use the part for testing.
#2 - Customers could install them on an incorrect machine.
#3 - Our inability to retest most electrical parts after they have been returned and the machine has already been torn down. We will not resell anything that we can't assure our customer was in working order when they bought it.
CANCELLATIONS: If you order an item by mistake, order the wrong item, OR change your mind, you ARE NOT required to pay our restocking fee! UNLESS, the item has been shipped out.
