Our process:
Repower Motorsports has an experienced staff that specializes in rebuilding Polaris ATV and UTV engines. Our process is different from most of our competitors. Why? Because we replace all major engine components with brand new replacements. Your new engine will have a new oil pump, crankshaft, rods, pistons, rings, cylinder, timing chain, oil pump chain, tensioner, valves, valve guides, gaskets, and seals. We do not re use these components nor do we rebuild (grind, bore) them. 

More details: All engines are completely taken apart. The cases are cleaned and inspected to make sure they are not compromised. The heads are also cleaned and inspected. All valve guides are removed and replaced. The valve seats are machined so the new valves will seat properly. The decks are always milled to clean previous gasket residue/debris and to ensure there is no warping. 

Warranty and Break-In:
Our engines are backed by a free 1-year warranty. Warranties for customers who want us to reuse certain engine parts may vary. Please contact us for more information on warranties.
