Our Engines include:

The Purchase Process:
- Select the engine you need and checkout. If you need help with fitment, please call us.
- We build/ship your new engine. Our engines are "buit to order". Current build time is 5 days. If you need it sooner, please call us.
- Once you receive your new engine, you will need to place your old engine in the container that we shipped to you. It will contain a return label. There are no shipping charges. Please see the Core Policy below

- Hot Rod's heavy duty crank shaft

- Vertex Forged piston Kit
- Vertex standard bore plated cylinder
- Hot Cam's heat treated timing chain and oil pump chain
- Kibble White upgraded bronze valve guides
- Hot Cams forged, nitrate coated valves
- Hot Rod's replacement crankshaft and balancer bearings
- Vertex gasket and seal kit
- Hot Cams upgraded spring style tensioner (for problematic hydraulic tensioner replacement)
- Crank bearings and rod bearings are plastiguaged to ensure they are within spec tolerances.
- Piston ring gaps are measured to ensure they are within spec tolerances.
- Piston rings are clocked to their appropriate positions.
- Cylinders are thoroughly cleaned to remove machining oil and dust.
- Valve guides are removed and replaced with upgraded bronze guides.
- Valve guides are honed precisely for new valves.
- Valve seats are machined/cut to accept new valves.
- Valves are lapped to ensure that they seal properly.
- All valve tappets are machined to ensure they are within proper overhead specs.
- Heads are resurfaced to prepare a flat and clean surface for the head gasket.
- Cases cannot have any holes
- Main bearing journals cannot be damaged
- Head cannot have damage on the deck or cam saddles
You will be billed seperately if you do not have a core or if your core is damaged. The core charge is $1200 if you do not have a core. If your core is damaged, you will be charged up to $1200. We value the head at $600 and the cases at $600.
